1/2 cup powdered oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 mashed banana
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Combine the oat flour, rice flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl. Add the olive oil, milk, bananas and mix well.
Fill the muffin cups with the mixture and place them in a preheated oven at 180C/360F. Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove and cool. Serve.
