This easy-to-make recipe will bring a burst for cheesy favors in your mouth and will leave your heart melting. 150 gm maggie noodles
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon chilli flakes
4 tablespoon corn flour
water as required
1/2 cup cheese cubes
2 teaspoon mixed herbs
1/2 cup capsicum (green pepper)
2 cup refined oil
Wash and clean the capsicum and chop it into fine pieces. In a deep bottomed pan, heat enough water on medium flame. Add maggi noodles followed by the maggi seasonings in the pan. Allow the maggi to be cooked and once it dries up, transfer it in to a bowl and cover it with a lid.
In another bowl, add chopped capsicum followed by grated cheese cubes, salt, chili flakes, corn flour and mixed herbs. To this add cooked maggi and mix well.
Put a deep bottomed pan on medium flame and heat refined oil in it. Take spoonful of the prepared maggi batter and gently drop it in the pan.
Allow the mixture to deep fry until you they get a golden color. Transfer on a tissue to drain the excess oil. Serve hot with any dip of your choice!
