Whole Wheat Flour and Paneer Pancakes

Want to eat healthy pancakes? Here is a soft, fluffy and nutritious pancake recipe that uses whole wheat flour instead of white flour. You can make this easy-to-make recipe for your near and dear ones in breakfast, while it can also be eaten as a snack.

Ingredients:
1 cup wheat flour
1 banana
1/2 teaspoon powdered green cardamom
2 teaspoon sugar
1 cup skimmed milk
50 gm crushed low fat cottage cheese
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoon olive oil pomace

For The Main Dish:
1 banana
50 gm crushed low fat cottage cheese

Procedure:
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients except low fat cottage cheese (paneer) in a blender until smooth.

Step 2
Transfer the batter into a bowl, mix in the crumbled or crushed paneer and rest for 10 min.

Step 3
Heat a non-stick pan (tawa) on low-medium flame and smear a little olive oil on it.

Step 4
Pour a ladle full of the batter, cover and cook for 2 minutes, flip and cook the other side as well till the pancake turns golden brown. Serve hot.
