Whole Grain Mustard Sandwich is a delicious French recipe that is prepared using dijon mustard, mayonnaise, ciabatta bread, ham, gruyere cheese, black pepper, egg and low-fat milk. If you’re tired of those regular veggie grilled sandwiches and want a twist then go for this whole grain mustard sandwich.

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
8 pieces ciabatta Bread
4 slices gruyere cheese
2 egg
1 tomato
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
200 gm ham
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup low fat milk

Procedure:
Step 1
To prepare this French sandwich, take a bowl and combine mustard and mayonnaise. Wash the tomato and slice them.Firstly, spread the layer of lettuce leaf followed by tomato slices. Spread 3/4 teaspoon mustard mixture over each of the 4 bread slices. Now, top up the mixture with a layer of ham cheese slices. Sprinkle pepper over each layer.

Step 2
Take a medium-sized bowl and combine eggs with fat-free milk. Now, dip the sides of each sandwich into the egg mixture. Coat a pan with cooking spray and heat over medium flame.

Step 3
Put the sandwiches into the coated pan and let them cook for a couple of minutes until they turn crispy and brown. Compliment with a dip of your choice and enjoy!
