1 cup tofu
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoon monterey jack cheese
2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoon salsa sauce
To begin with, using a clean ladle crumble the tofu and keep it aside. Then, put a non-stick pan on medium flame and heat refined oil in it. Once done, add crumbled tofu and saute until the tofu becomes brown in color.
Add in salt in the pan followed by salsa and pepper, mix well. Cook the mixture for another 30 to 40 seconds.
Now, lay your tortilla on a clean surface ( or tray) and add grated cheese on it. Once done, top it up with the prepared mixture and enclose the edges of the tortilla to get a wrap. Serve hot with any dip of your choice!
