Tofu and Broccoli Wok


Tofu and Broccoli Wok is a delectable side dish prepared with two very healthy ingredients. If you want to enjoy the authentic taste of continental dishes at home, this recipe is a must try. 2 pinches Italian seasoning
4 teaspoon soy sauce
2 pinches chilli flakes
10 leaves basil
1 cup broccoli
2 teaspoon mustard seeds
300 gm tofu
salt as required

Step 1
To start with, cut the broccoli into florets and tofu into cubes. The cubes should be of a small size.

Step 2
Now in a deep shallow pan, add soy sauce, basil leaves, chilli flakes, mustard seeds and broccoli florets.

Step 3
Saute them over medium flame until the broccoli florets are cooked. Add salt to the contents in the pan.

Step 4
Now season with Italian seasoning and mix in tofu cubes. Saute all the ingredients nicely for further 8-10 minutes. Then it’s ready to be served.
