2 pinches Italian seasoning
4 teaspoon soy sauce
2 pinches chilli flakes
10 leaves basil
1 cup broccoli
2 teaspoon mustard seeds
300 gm tofu
salt as required
To start with, cut the broccoli into florets and tofu into cubes. The cubes should be of a small size.
Now in a deep shallow pan, add soy sauce, basil leaves, chilli flakes, mustard seeds and broccoli florets.
Saute them over medium flame until the broccoli florets are cooked. Add salt to the contents in the pan.
Now season with Italian seasoning and mix in tofu cubes. Saute all the ingredients nicely for further 8-10 minutes. Then it’s ready to be served.
