300 gm tofu
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
5 green beans
2 tablespoon refined oil
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoon lemon juice
salt as required
To prepare this mouth-watering yet healthy kebab recipe, take the tofu and dice it into cubes and add them into a large bowl.
Now, add minced garlic, cumin powder, paprika, red chilli powder, lemon juice, black pepper, salt and garam masala to it and marinate the tofu properly.
Now, cover the bowl and place this mixture in the refrigerator for 30-45 minutes.
Then, take a skewer and arrange the tofu pieces, onion, green beans and bell peppers in it. Repeat the same process with the other skewers.
Place the skewers in the greased baking tray and transfer it to the oven. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until the tofu pieces are golden brown.
Once cooked, transfer into a serving plate and serve hot.
