Tale Aloo ki Chaat is a North Indian street food recipe which can be easily prepared at home. Festivals in India are celebrated with a lot of enthusiasm with all the family and friends coming together. Our living rooms are filled with guests having tea and munching on snacks. This aloo chaat can be an ideal Holi snack for them. All you need is some baby potatoes, onion, tomatoes, and green chili and you are good to go. It is sprinkled with chaat masala and garnished with pomegranate seeds.
1 kilograms baby potato
200 gm tomato
50 gm coriander leaves
chilli flakes as required
4 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
200 gm chopped onion
20 gm green chilli
chaat masala as required
salt as required
To prepare this mouth-watering chaat, take baby potatoes and cut them into slices. Finely chop the tomatoes, green chillies and the coriander leaves.
Next, heat oil in a pan on medium-high flame and add the sliced potatoes and stir fry them until they turn golden brown from all sides.
Turn off the flame and add the chopped tomatoes, green chili, coriander, chat masala, chilli flakes, and salt as per taste.
Mix well so that the potatoes are coated evenly.
Once done, transfer the chaat to a serving bowl and garnish with pomegranate seeds. Serve.
