You get iced tea in all forms -bottled, powdered, and, of course, homemade. However, there is one unusual way to make iced tea, and that’s by leaving it out in the sun for the brewing process. It’s called -you guessed it -sun tea. Try this quick and easy to make tea recipe.
5 tea bags
1 teaspoon sugar
2 sprigs mint leaves
4 cup water
1/2 cup ice cubes
2 lemon wedges
Sanitize the container thoroughly by placing it in boiling water for a few minutes, and then allow it to dry.
Fill the container with distilled water. Add the teabags to the water.
Place container in direct sunlight for 2-4 hours.Remove teabags and discard them.
Add sugar if you like. Pour over ice and garnish with lemon wedges and mint leaves. Serve.
