Spinach and Cheese Omelette is a healthy egg recipe. This easy recipe is a filling and scrumptious option to have in breakfast and on occasions like picnics and game nights.
1/3 cup chopped tomato
2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon powdered black pepper
1 1/2 cup chopped spinach
2 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup grated cheese cubes
2 tablespoon water
1/2 teaspoon spice oregano
2 garlic bread
2 lettuce loose-leaf
Pour 3 eggs and 2 tbsp water in a blender.
Once it is blended, melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
Now add tomatoes and spinach in the pan and saute for 2 minutes or until spinach is wilted. Add salt and egg mixture.
With the help of a spatula, gently lift edges of the omelette and tilt the pan so that the uncooked egg mixture flows underneath. Cover the pan and cook for 1 minute on low flame.
Sprinkle cheese, pepper and oregano on the omelette. Fold the omelette in half allowing cheese to melt. Serve Spinach and Cheese Omelette with garlic bread and some fresh lettuce leaves.
