Spicy Coconut Noodles


If you’re bored of eating regular noodles and are craving for something different, then you should definitely try this Spicy Coconut Noodles recipe which is loaded with flavours. This Continental recipe is prepared using rice noodles, sprout beans, coconut milk. scallion, tomato puree and grated coconut.

200 ml coconut milk
1 finely chopped scallions
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
30 gm sprout bean
100 gm rice noodles
1 1/2 tablespoon tomato puree
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon grated coconut

Step 1
To prepare this mouth-watering main dish recipe, boil noodles in a skillet over medium flame. When they turn soft, remove from flame and drain out the water.

Step 2
Next, take a large pan and keep it on medium flame. Quickly, add coconut milk in it and bring it to a boil. After a boil, add tomato paste in it along with chili powder and salt, and stir well to mix all the ingredients and cook by reducing the heat for about 3-4 minutes.

Step 3
Add in the boiled noodles in the pan and cook for another minute. Turn off the heat and add transfer these noodles in a bowl, and garnish with grated coconut, chopped scallions and some sprout beans. Enjoy hot!
