1 cup flour
1/2 cup sprout bean
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 piece ginger
4 cloves garlic
2 teaspoon sesame oil
4 black pepper as required
2 pinches salt
4 teaspoon chopped black beans
2 red chilli
1/2 cup salsa sauce
Add one teaspoon oil to the flour, mix well, and then, add water and knead into dough. Leave it for half hour.
Place the sprouts in a bowl, add a teaspoon oil, a dash of pepper, oregano, the chopped chillies and ginger, and salt to taste to it. You can also add finely chopped beans, and garlic to it. Mix well, keep aside.
Shape the dough into cups. Fill with sprouts mix. Seal, and slightly flatten.
Once all are made, steam them for five minutes, let them cool, then, place them on a non-stick pan with a little oil, and let them brown on either side.
Once the lot is done, plate them by slicing into halves, and serve with salsa.
