Yes, we are talking about Spaghetti Cutlets In Tomato Sauce. This extraordinary recipe, as it sounds, is so delicious that you and your loved ones will be left spellbound by its taste. This flawless combination of spaghetti cutlets and the tomato sauce, makes it a perfect dish for all your events and special occasions.

Ingredients:
2 cup boiled pasta spaghetti
4 cup boiled,mashed potato
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoon chopped green chilli
1 beaten egg
3 1/2 cup tomato
7 tablespoon chopped tomato ketchup
salt as required
2 cup boiled,shredded chicken
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup defrosted frozen sweet corn
4 tablespoon coriander leaves
2 cup breadcrumbs
refined oil as required
2 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon chilli powder

Procedure:
Step 1 – Make a doughy mixture for spaghetti cutlet
To start preparing the delicious spaghetti cutlet recipe, combine together pasta spaghetti, mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, chicken, defrosted sweet corn, black pepper, salt, green chilies and coriander leaves. Incorporate all the ingredients together to form a doughy mixture.

Step 2 – Cut the mixture to form small cutlets
Using a knife, cut the doughy like mixture into small cutlets. Now, take a mixing bowl and beat the eggs in it. Dip the cutlets so formed into beaten eggs and roll them in breadcrumbs.

Step 3 – Fry the cutlets on a medium flame
Taking a shallow frying pan, add some teaspoons of refined oil as per your requirement. Shallow fry the cutlets onto the pan. Flip and cook until both the sides turn golden brown in colour. After all the cutlets are cooked, transfer them onto absorbent papers to absorb the excess oil.

Step 4 – Prepare the tomato sauce
In order to prepare the tangy tomato sauce, take a deep and broad non stick pan and pour 1/4 cup water in it. Add chopped tomatoes and allow them to cook on a medium flame for 5 to 6 minutes or until the tomatoes tenderize.

Step 5 – Blend the boiled tomatoes to form a smooth mixture
Remove the tomatoes from heat and allow them to cool naturally. After the tomatoes have cooled down, transfer the tomato mixture into a blender. Blend the tomatoes so as to form a smooth paste. Strain the tomato paste using a strainer back into to the broad non stick pan.

Step 6 – Add sugar, chili, tomato ketchup and salt
In the non stick pan, add sugar, tomato ketchup, chili powder and salt according to your taste, and let the whole amalgamation cook on a medium flame for a minute or two. Cool the sauce down and serve. You are now ready to enjoy Spaghetti Cutlets with Tomato Sauce.
