Soyabean Cutlet is an interesting snack recipe. Best served with green chutney, this easy snack recipe can be plated in pot luck and kitty parties.

Ingredients:
100 gm soaked soya nuggets
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
3 pinches black pepper
1 pinch turmeric
2 medium chopped carrot
4 pinches salt
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoon gram flour (besan)

Procedure:
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and boil. Next, wash the carrot and chop in small pieces.

Step 2
Make a batter of besan with water and salt.

Step 3
Mix all the other ingredients well with hand in a large bowl.

Step 4
Make sure there are no lumps. Make round patties with palm. Now dip them in besan batter. And then roll them in bread crumbs.

Step 5
Deep fry the cutlets. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Step 6
Serve hot with green chutney.
