2 cup soya chunks
4 chopped green chilli
1 tablespoon ginger paste
2 tablespoon chaat masala
salt as required
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 cup pressed rice
2 medium chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
1 tablespoon garlic paste
2 tablespoon garam masala powder
1 tablespoon chilli powder
2 cup grated mozzarella
1 1/2 cup refined oil
To prepare this kebab recipe, wash soya chunks once in water. Next, put a pressure cooker on medium flame and add soya chunks in it along with the required amount of water. Close the lid of the cooker and cook soya chunks until done. Once done, drain the water and squeeze the chunks well in a bowl. Keep it7 aside.
Next, take a large bowl and add boiled soya chunks in it along with grated mozzarella cheese, ginger-garlic paste, chopped onions, coriander leaves, green chilli, pressed rice or poha, salt and the other spices. Mix well and add a little water to knead a soft dough. Once done, keep it aside.
Now, divide the dough into smaller portions and shape them into kebabs and put onto a thick seekh.
Place a deep-bottomed pan over medium flame and heat oil in it. Once it is heated, add kebabs and deep fry them until they are crisp and brown from both the sides.
Once done, transfer the kebabs in an absorbent paper. Serve hot with any chutney of your choice.
