Leftover food always puts a person into dilemma, as most of the times you don’t know how to use it. It is quite important to know the uses of leftover food and here is one such dish that will help you make a beautiful yet delicious Fusion recipe. If you have some risotto left from the last party held at home, you must try these mouth-watering Risotto Cheese Balls which are crunchy and soft inside. However, if you want to throw a party at home and treat your friends and family with some creative dish, still you can cook this dish.

Ingredients:
1 cup Risotto
3 tablespoon all purpose flour
refined oil as required
1 cup bread crumbs
2 cheese cubes

Procedure:
Step 1
Take 1 cup risotto, add all purpose flour in it. If the risotto is liquid add more all purpose flour in it. Make it thick and dry.

Step 2
Cut the cheese cubes. The slices should be 1 inch each.

Step 3
Take a small portion of risotto mixture, flatten it and put a piece of cheese cube in between. Then make a ball out of it.

Step 4
Roll the ball in bread crumbs and deep fry them on medium flame in hot oil. Take out on an absorbent paper and serve them hot!
