Raw Mango Chutney


Full of spicy and tangy flavours, Raw Mango Chutney is easy-to-prepare and can be enjoyed with parathas and rice. This simple side dish recipe adds taste to any dish you pair it with! A must have on hot summer days.

2 chopped,de seeded raw mango
1/3 cup chopped,washed & dried coriander leaves
2 green chilli
4 tablespoon water
1/3 cup chopped,washed & dried mint leaves
10 cloves peeled garlic
2 pinches salt

For The Main Dish:
1/3 cup chopped,washed & dried coriander leaves

Step 1
Peel the mango and chop it into pieces, discard the seed.

Step 2
Put all the ingredients into blending jar and blend it without water for 5-7 seconds.

Step 3
Add little water and grind it again till it turns into smooth thick paste.

Step 4
Serve fresh or keep in refrigerator and consume it within 2 days.
