4 tablespoon butter
5 green chilli
1 teaspoon garam masala powder

To prepare this delicious main dish recipe, peel the onions, and wash the tomatoes, green chillies and coriander leaves under running water. Next, finely chop all these ingredients on a chopping board in separate bowls. Then, grate the ginger in a small bowl.
Now, take a large bowl and mix together the chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, garam masala powder and grated ginger. Crack open the eggs in the same bowl and add salt in it.
