Made with potato and onion, this is an ideal breakfast recipe to serve with your choice of topping and fresh fruits.
2 parboiled,grated potato
1/2 finely chopped onion
2 virgin olive oil
2 finely chopped green chilli
2 black pepper
Mix the parboiled potatoes, green chillies, salt and pepper in a deep bowl and mix well.
Heat olive oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the onions and saute on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
Add the potato mixture, mix well and spread it evenly with help of a back of a spoon. Cover and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
Turn the rosti upside down and cook on a another side for more 3 to 4 minutes.Serve immediately.
