8 cup egg
1 teaspoon cumin
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic
2 teaspoon garam masala powder
2 teaspoon refined oil
6 green cardamom
1 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
1 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon spice chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
To make this delicious recipe, boil the eggs and later remove their shells. Pick the eggs with a fork and keep them aside.
Now take a pan and heat it. Put some cardamon and cumin seeds in it and let it sizzle for a second.
Then add some chopped onions to the mixture and fry them until they turn golden brown. Now add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell subsides.
Add tomato, salt and turmeric to the mixture. Let the mixture get a little mushy.
Then take add some water in it and along with potatoes. Let them boil until the potatoes are cooked.
Once the gravy thickens a bit, add the boiled eggs. Cover the dish and let it simmer. Once this is done, add some fresh coriander and serve hot!
