Peppery Mushroom with Brown Rice and Bacon

1 1/2 cup celery
1 cloves garlic
water as required
2 cup mushroom
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup bacon
1 large onion
2 tablespoon virgin olive oil
1 cup boiled brown basmati rice
salt as required
1/2 tablespoon peppercorns
water as required

Step 1
In a large pan, heat oil over medium flame. Once hot enough, add chopped onions and garlic cloves to it and saute for some time till they appear tender.

Step 2
Now, in the same pan, add crushed peppercorns along with chili flakes, sliced mushrooms, bacon, water and black pepper. Bring it to a boil over medium flame till the mushrooms appear cooked. Once the mushroom and bacon are cooked or appear to be tender, add the boiled brown rice and give it a good stir.

Step 3
Cover it with a lid and simmer for 8-10 minutes over medium flame till the water disappears. Remove the lid and transfer this to a serving bowl. Your Peppery Mushroom with Brown Rice and Bacon is ready to be served now. Transfer in a bowl and garnish with celery, and serve hot.
