Kachori is a delicious snack recipe that everyone loves to eat and you can find several variations of this dish. One such dish that has been specially curated for festive season is the Peanut Butter Kachori, which is prepared with all purpose flour or refined flour, peanut butter, almonds, cashews, ghee, and sugar.
250 gm all purpose flour
2 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoon peanut butter
2 tablespoon chopped cashews
2 tablespoon chopped almonds
1 tablespoon coconut milk powder
2 tablespoon sugar
100 ml water
3 tablespoon ghee
To prepare this dish, first you need the filling or the stuffing. For that, take a bowl and mix together coconut milk powder, peanut butter, almonds and cashews.
Next, take a dough kneading plate and add all purpose flour, sugar along with ghee in it. Mix well and then add water in the dough to knead a soft and smooth dough. Then, divide the prepared dough into 15 equal balls and keep aside.
Roll each ball into 6-inch chapati using some dry flour and place one tablespoon of the stuffing (see step-1) in the centre. Pull the edges of the dough to wrap the filling and give the shape of a kachori, keep aside. Follow the same procedure to make more such kachoris.
Now, put a deep-bottomed non-stick pan on medium flame and add oil in it, let the oil heat. Once the oil is hot enough, carefully add a kachori in the pan and deep fry until golden brown in colour. Serve hot!
