A North Indian delicacy, Paneer Wrap is a perfect healthy tiffin recipe, which you can easily prepare for your fussy kids. This high protein recipe is prepared by stuffing a chapati with grated paneer, french beans, carrots and paprika. Make these wraps fresh, and we bet your kids will love this delectable surprise.
100 gm grated paneer
1 teaspoon virgin olive oil
100 gm boiled bean green
1 cup chopped coriander leaves
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon paprika
100 gm boiled carrot
1 chopped onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
100 gm Wheat flour
Here’s how you can prepare this delicious dish without putting in much efforts. If you already have wheat flour dough ready, then your preparation time will reduce. If not, then make a dough of the wheat flour and make four rotis/chapatis.
For the filling, in a bowl mix grated paneer, boiled green beans, carrots, chopped coriander, chopped onion, cumin seeds, lemon juice and paprika together.
On a medium flame, take a sauce pan and heat a little oil and saute the mixture in it. When done, place it on the freshly prepared roti and wrap it carefully, so that the stuffing doesn’t come out.
Serve the freshly prepared paneer wrap with green chutney or salsa.
