Paneer Chilli Sandwich is a low-calorie dish that can be cooked anytime. Kids will be extremely happy to have this sandwich recipe as it has all the flavours that they love. It is quit easy-to-make and can be made in under half an hour. This North Indian recipe is cooked using paneer, roasted banana slices, white bread, cheese sauce along with some grated processed cheese.
4 gm sliced paneer
2 ml green chilli sauce
30 gm cheese sauce
15 gm crushed lightly cheese cubes
2 gm salt
8 sliced white bread
1/2 teaspoon refined oil
50 gm peeled,sliced,roasted banana
To prepare this easy recipe, heat a frying pan with 1/2 teaspoon oil in it. When the oil is hot enough, stir fry the paneer slices with chilli sauce well, blend them well.
Meanwhile, heat the griller and keep it ready. Put the mixture of paneer and chilli sauce as the first layer on the bread. Put slaw on top of the paneer layer. Cover it and keep it inside the preheated griller. Cut the grilled sandwiches into two halves each.
Arrange the grilled sandwiches and top it with cheese sauce. Serve the Paneer Chilli Sandwiches with the crispy banana wafers or chips to munch along.
