The Sunday Brunch at Olive Bistro is food and drink from the heart. Here, Mayank Tiwari, Chef de Cuisine, brings his signature style of homemade crusty granary breads, delicate broths, assorted salads; mains and wood-fired pizzas to create a modern-day picnic meets bistro experience. The brunch also features a Fritto Misto station, a live pasta counter offering you a selection of pasta with your choice of sauce, grills and decedent desserts.
The Kids’ Brunch Menu includes delicious chicken nuggets, assorted mini burgers and pizzas, sandwiches, marshmallows and a selection of toasted brownies with Dark Chocolate Fondue served alongside a play area set aside for them.
The bar offers a range of signature spirits and cocktails like the classic Mojito, Red and White Sangria, Caprioska, Martinis, Cosmopolitan and a Long island ice tea perfected with a blend of house spirits.
