A simple yoghurt dip recipe, Mixed Herb Yoghurt Dip is made with hung curd along with finely chopped chives, parsley and dill seeds. This Mediterranean inspired dip recipe is sour in taste and has very less calories. You can add more herbs like thyme, mint, garlic along with others to this dip for a smoother and herby flavour.
245 gm hung curd
2 pinches salt
15 ml virgin olive oil
2 pinches powdered black pepper
For The Main Dish:
5 gm finely chopped parsley
1 teaspoon chopped chives
1 teaspoon dill seed
For making this interesting Mediterranean dip, take a large bowl and add yoghurt (opt for hung curd for a thicker dip) along with finely chopped parsley, chives and other herbs.
Mix them all well with the yoghurt, and add virgin olive oil and season it with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine all the ingredients well and store it in an airtight container in the fridge for an hour.
When chilled, serve it cold with baked and crunchy snacks.
