Mint-Chutney-Veggie-Sandwich

Mint Chutney Veggie Sandwich is an easy breakfast recipe. Made with fresh veggies and mint chutney, this easy recipe can be packed for office or school tiffin too.

Ingredients:
4 white bread
1/4 cup mint syrup
2 large boiled,sliced potato
2 medium sliced tomato
1 large sliced onion
4 pinches salt
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup green chutney
1 medium sliced cucumber
1 beetroot
1 teaspoon chaat masala
2 pinches black pepper

Procedure:
Step 1
Lay all slices of bread and apply butter in it.

Step 2
Now add mint chutney (syrup) to it and lay all the thin slices of vegetables in the sandwich.

Step 3
End with a generous sprinkling of chaat masala and cut in half before serving.

Step 4
Serve with some tomato chips and ketchup.
