4 medium corn on the cob
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoon ground chipotle chillis
1/4 cup minced cilantro
1/4 cup sour cream
salt as required
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon lime zest
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 cup mayonnaise
4 lemon wedges
To prepare this yummy snack recipe, pre-heat the griller at 200 degree Celsius.
Next, in order to prepare the sauce, take a large bowl and mix together sour cream, chopped cilantro, garlic, chipotle pepper, mayonnaise, lime zest and lime juice. You can add salt as per your taste in the sauce.
Now place the corn on the griller for about 3 minutes straight or at least until the corn kernels turn golden brown. Once all the sides are equally grilled, transfer in a serving plate.
