Melon-Shake

Melon Shake is an interesting shake recipe that you can make for your family on a hot summer afternoon!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup cantaloupe melon
1/4 inch ginger
1 teaspoon honey
1 handful cherry
1 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup yoghurt (curd)
1/2 cup sparkling water
2 sprigs basil

Procedure:
Step 1
In a blender, combine melon puree, ice cubes, ginger, yogurt and honey. Blend until smooth and frothy.

Step 2
Top up with sparkling water. Garnish with basil leaves and cherries. Serve chilled.
