1 teaspoon cumin seeds ground
1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoon coriander leaves
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 tablespoon chaat masala
salt as required
1 1/2 tablespoon mint leaves
Take 4 onions, peel them into thin slices and separate them from each other and keep them aside.
Now take a bowl and mix red chili powder, salt as per taste, roasted cumin seeds, black pepper powder, and lemon juice to sliced onions which are.
