It’s time to beat the heat with this refreshing delight! Prepared with the goodness of mango, this simple yet delicious smoothie can be perfect for any occasion. You just need a few ingredients in place and your summer thirst-quencher is ready.

Ingredients:
4 mango
1/2 teaspoon clove powder
2 sprigs mint leaves
250 ml yoghurt (curd)
ice cubes as required

Procedure:
Step 1
Blend 4 tbsp of chopped mangoes with beaten yogurt in a glass. You can also use mango puree.

Step 2
Pour this mixture over crushed ice and sprinkle clove powder over it.

Step 3
Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
