Mango Cheese Roll


Mango Cheese Roll is a Fusion recipe that would be loved by your guests. Treat them with this easy recipe made using mango and paneer.

1 large mango
2 1/2 tablespoon sugar
2 silver vark
1/2 cup grated paneer
1/4 teaspoon powdered green cardamom
1 handful dry rose petals

For The Garnishing:
2 silver vark
1 handful dry rose petals

Step 1
Put grated paneer in a plate or deep bowl and add powdered sugar and cardamom powder. Mix it well and make a smooth mixture.

Step 2
Peel the skin of mango and cut the mango into thin slices. Take one slice of mango and spoon the paneer mixture in one corner of the slice or you can also spread the paneer mixture over the mango slice.

Step 3
Roll the mango and seal the ends. Insert a tooth pick to seal the end tightly.

Step 4
Garnish with silver vark and rose petal. Keep it in a refrigerator and serve chilled.
