A delicious cake recipe, Maida Cocoa Cake is extremely easy-to-prepare. Made with cocoa powder, all purpose flour, sugar and ghee, you can make this sumptuous recipe for special occasions and get-together. Kids will also enjoy this easy recipe.
100 gm all purpose flour
100 gm ghee
100 gm sugar
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
Combine ghee and maida in a pan over low/medium flame. Mix well to a idli batter consistency and remove.
Heat sugar and cocoa in a pan. Add little water and simmer till it reaches a 1 1/2 string consistency.
Add the maida mixture and stir well till thick. Pour into a greased plate and allow it to cool.
Before it cools fully, cut into desired shapes.
