If you are someone who have a thing for maggi, then here is a recipe that you will love for sure! Why make the simple maggi when there are a lot other ways you can make it? This is one of the creative ways of making maggi at home and kids will love it for sure! Get a little creative and try this easy recipe for which you just need maggi noodles, maggi masala and a few veggies.
2 handfuls maggi noodles
1/2 cup boiled green peas
3 teaspoon maggi masala
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 cup sev
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 capsicum (green pepper)
1/2 cup broccoli
1/2 cup grated processed cheese
1 green chilli
5 bread slices
2 tablespoon tomato sauce
1/2 yellow bell pepper
To prepare this delicious snack recipe, peel and chop onion in a bowl along with green chilli. Next, boil green peas in a pan over medium flame. Then, put another pan on medium flame, and boil maggi noodles in it. Make sure you add 1 tsp of oil in the water so that maggi will not become sticky. Grate the processed cheese in a bowl and cut tomato in small pieces.
Now, put a pan over medium flame and heat 2 tbsps of oil in it. Once the oil is hot enough, add onion along with green chilli and saute until onion becomes soft and light brown in colour.
Next, add all the chopped veggies and saute till the veggies gets cooked well.
Now, add boiled maggi with maggi masala and maggi magic masala to give a good taste.
Now, cut the ends of bread slice from all sides.
And make slice flat with rolling pin.
Then, brush water from 3 sides to make cone shape by greasing water it will hold the shape.
Now, add the stuffing we made of maggi.
Add grated cheese over the top and keep in oven for 20 minutes on 275 degree Celsius to get bread crispy and the cheese gets melt.
And when it is done, take tomato sauce and add on the sides of cone. Garnish with sev to give that beautiful look and serve hot and yummy maggi cones I bet children’s will go crazy for it.
