2 puff pastry sheet
3 teaspoon lime zest
12 tablespoon parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon powdered black pepper
To prepare this snack recipe, preheat the oven to 200°C. Dust a flat surface with flour and open the pastry sheet over it. Now, in a bowl, add cheese, lime zest and black pepper powder and mix it well. Make sure that cheese is coated with the lemon zest and pepper powder. Spread this mixture over one side of the pastry sheets and fold these in half, thereby covering the cheese mix.
Now, roll the pastry into rectangular shape and cut strips out of these. Twist these strips repeatedly until it attains a curvy shape. Transfer the stuffed puffs on the non-greased baking tray and keep the tray in the preheated oven. Let it bake until the pastry starts to rice and turns slightly golden in color. Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 minutes. Transfer these in a container and keep these covered. Serve these with a dip of your choice to enjoy!
