Lasan Lal Mirch Chutney


Chutney lovers, treat yourself with this hot and spicy chutney. Lasan Lal Mirch Chutney is a tasty North Indian recipe which can be served with almost every dish. This spicy chutney can elevate the flavours of the main dishes to a whole new different level. It is made using very simple ingredients like garlic, whole red chilies and onions. You can rub garlic cloves with a little cooking oil as it makes it a little easier to peel them. This easy-to-make chutney can be prepared within 10 minutes and would add a tinge of extra spice to your daily meals.

30 cloves garlic
8 tablespoon onion
salt as required
10 red chilli
1 teaspoon cumin seeds

Step 1
Start by peeling the garlic cloves, add them in a blender jar. Add whole red chillies in the jar.

Step 2
Chop onions into small pieces and add them in the jar with garlic. Add cumin seeds and sprinkle salt.

Step 3
Grind all the ingredients in the blender till a smooth paste is formed. Serve as a side-dish.
