4 cup chopped mushroom
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 teaspoon chopped green chilli
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
2 teaspoon chopped ginger
2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
3/4 cup blanched & peeled almonds
1/2 teaspoon black cumin seeds
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1/3 cup chopped tomato
salt as required
To prepare this recipe, take a pan and put it over the medium flame. Now, add oil to it. When the oil is hot add black cumin seeds and let it pop. Now add chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes and then add garlic. Saute for 2 more minutes and add turmeric, red chilli and coriander powder and give a quick stir.
Now add chopped mushrooms and reduce the flame to low, saute until the moisture reduces. Then, add blanched almonds, tomatoes, salt and ginger and saute for another 4-5 minutes.
When done, turn off the flame and remove. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
