Idli Omlette

A simple omelette with toasted bread is the best breakfast. They make for a no-fuss meal which is wholesome and filling.

Recipe of Idli Omlette

Egg  1 Numbers
Salt  0 To Taste
Pepper crush  1/4 Teaspoons
Ginger garlic paste  1/2 Teaspoons
Green chilly(chopped)  1/2 Teaspoons
Onions(chopped)  1 Tablespoons
Tomato(chopped)  1 Teaspoons
Mint leaves(chopped)  1 Teaspoons
Coriander leaves(chopped)  1 Teaspoons
Oil  1-2 Teaspoons


Take a bowl, add egg, salt, pepper crush and beat it, add ginger garlic paste, green chilly, onions, tomato, mint leaves, coriander leaves and mix nicely. 2. Heat oil in a pan and arrange idli and pour egg mixture and cook on both sides and cut into two halfs, later transfer into serving plate. 3. Now idli omlette for breakfast is ready to serve.
