All you nee to cook this cake recipe are: gram flour, semolina, eggs, banana, milk, and mixed dry fruits along with cinnamon and butter.
1 cup gram flour
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 tablespoon powdered green cardamom
100 gm butter
1/2 cup semolina
1 pinch baking soda
1/2 tablespoon powdered cinnamon
1/2 cup finely chopped mixed dry fruits
3 tablespoon milk
To prepare this cake recipe, sieve together gram flour, rava, baking soda, and baking power.
Take a bowl and mash the banana well. Next, add honey, butter (at room temperature), egg one at a time and whisk well to prepare the mixture.
Add cinnamon and green cardamom powder in the mixture, and give it a nice stir.
Now, add the dry ingredients little by little, and mix in using cut and fold method until the cake batter is lumps free. Add milk, if required.
Then, add some dry fruits and mix the batter once again. Leave the batter to rest for about 10 minutes.
Now, preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius. After 10 minutes of resting, grease the baking tray with butter and bake the cake for 45 minutes.
Bring out the cake from oven, and let it cool. Slice and serve fresh.
