Falooda recipe is a sinful and ambrosial delight that will surely become a favorite among those who love sweets. Made using milk, falooda seeds, falooda sev, rose syrup, sugar, strawberry jelly, pistachios, almonds and cherry, this is a mouth-watering dessert recipe that is very hard to resist.

2 cup milk
1/2 cup strawberry jelly
1 teaspoon falooda
5 sliced pistachios
2 sliced cherry
50 gm sugar
5 tablespoon rose syrup
1/2 cup falooda sev
5 sliced almonds

Step 1
To prepare this dessert recipe, boil the milk and sugar in a deep-bottomed pan over medium flame and reduce it. Add 30 grams of rose syrup to the milk and mix well. Once it has thickened, take it off the flame. Meanwhile, cut the jelly into cubes and set it aside. Now, place a sauce pan with water over medium flame and bring it to a boil. Add falooda sev in it so that it softens. Once done, drain the water and transfer the cooked sev in a bowl containing cold water.

Step 2
Soak falooda seeds in water in a small bowl and allow them to bloom. Place the serving glass in the freezer to chill. After a while, take the chilled serving glass and pour 1 tablespoon of rose syrup in it. Add 20 grams of jelly cubes, followed by 30 grams of bloomed falooda seeds. Next, layer it with 1/4 cup of falooda sev. Slowly pour the chilled rose milk till 3/4th level of the glass. Finally drizzle some more rose syrup, garnish with sliced almonds, pistachio and cherries. Serve immediately to enjoy!
