This amazing sandwich combines two delectable flavours; one is the amazing mouth watering egg mayonnaise salad and the other is the crunchy egg sandwich which is perfect to kill your morning hunger pangs.

Ingredients:
2 egg
1/2 medium onion
salt as required
1 teaspoon green chilli
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
8 slices brown bread
1 teaspoon black pepper

For Garnishing:
1 teaspoon coriander leaves

Procedure:
Step 1
To prepare this tasty breakfast dish, boil the eggs for about 20 minutes. Once the eggs are hard-boiled, peel off the skin and cut the eggs firmly into medium cubes along with its yolk.

Step 2
Take a bowl and dice the onions, chop the green chillies and coriander leaves. In a medium-sized bowl, add mayonnaise sauce, diced onions, finely chopped green chillies, salt and pepper powder and mix it properly. Add the egg cubes into the mixture. Garnish the salad mix with the finely chopped coriander leaves.

Step 3
Cut the bread pieces and stuff the salad mixture into it. Place the sandwich on the electric grill or pan and grill it for 2 mins. Serve this crunchy egg sandwich with tomato ketchup and enjoy.
