Dalwadas are a traditional Gujarati recipe which have the potential to make you fall in love with this cuisine. This snack recipe can be savored by adults and children alike and are not just filling for your stomach but also satiate your soul. Since it is made from just a few ingredients, this easy recipe can be made without much effort from your side.

1 cup soaked overnight moong dal
1 pinch cumin seeds
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 cup vegetable oil
1 handful coriander leaves
salt as required
1 teaspoon green chilli sauce

Step 1
Grind the overnight soaked in a mixer to form a thick paste. Transfer it to a bowl and add some salt, cumin seeds, garlic paste, green chilli sauce along with coriander leaves. Mix it thoroughly and set it aside.

Step 2
Place a pan with some oil on low flame. Next, make small balls of the thick mixture. One by one, add these balls in the heated oil and fry them until they turn golden in color. Once done, place them on a platter and serve it with some tomato ketchup to zest up the flavor.
