This is a succulent kebab recipe that will make your guests’ mouth water with its mouth-watering taste and aroma. Cooked with hung curd, paneer, corn flour, cashew paste, and onions along with a melange of spices; these kebabs have a crispy texture but are so soft that they will melt in your mouth with a bite.

600 gm hung curd
salt as required
10 gm white pepper powder
100 gm coriander powder
1 small onion
refined oil as required
10 gm green cardamom
50 gm raisins
100 gm ginger powder

For The Main Dish:
50 gm powdered cashews
50 gm cottage cheese
200 gm corn flour

Step 1
To prepare these delicious kebabs, peel the onion and chop in a small bowl. Then, wash ginger and coriander leaves under running water and chop them too! Next, chop raisins and then grate the paneer in a bowl. Keep these bowls aside for a while.

Step 2
Put a saucepan on medium flame and heat a tablespoon of oil in it. When the oil is hot enough, add the chopped onions and ginger powder in the pan and saute for a few seconds till the raw smell goes away.

Step 3
Add in the green cardamom powder, raisins, cashew powder, coriander powder in the pan along with salt and white pepper powder, and fry for about a minute. Afterwards, add corn flour, grated paneer and hung curd to the mix and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Switch off the burner and let the mixture cool down.

Step 4
When the yoghurt mix is cooled, take 2-3 tablespoon of the mixture in your hands and roll into tikkis. After making all the tikkis, put a grilling pan on medium flame and grill these tikkis till brown in colour. Garnish them with coriander leaves and serve hot with green chutney.
