Try out this Crusted Bharwa Cheese Mirchi recipe and relish the taste of chillies and cheese, dipped in gram flour and fried to perfection. It uses an array of spices that give it the extra kick of flavour. This snack recipe can be paired with any dish, like dal chawal, curry dishes, or with parathas and rotis to enhance the flavour of the meal altogether.

Ingredients:
5 green chillies
20 gm cheese- goat cheese
10 gm jalapeno
10 gm oregano
10 gm white pepper powder
bread crumbs as required
water as required
20 gm cheddar cheese
10 gm capsicum (green pepper)
10 gm chilli flakes
10 gm black pepper
30 gm gram flour (besan)
refined oil as required

Procedure:
Step 1
To start preparing this delicious snack recipe, start by washing the chillies and capsicums under running water. Then, slice the green chillies from the centre, lengthwise, and dice up the capsicums. Take a deep bottomed pan over medium flame and boil water in it. Now, blanch the chillies, i.e. dunk them in the boiling water for a minute and then, put them under cold running water.

Step 2
Next, take a large bowl and grate the cheddar cheese and goat cheese in it. Then, add the diced capsicums, jalapeno, and chili flakes along with white pepper powder, black pepper and oregano into the bowl and mix. Stuff the chillies with this mixture and keep aside.

Step 3
Now, take a bowl and add the gram flour in it with water. Mix them together to form a smooth batter with the dipping consistency. In a separate bowl, place the bread crumbs.

Step 4
Take a kadhai over medium flame and heat oil in it for frying. Meanwhile, take the stuffed chillies and dip them in the batter and then in the bread crumbs. When the oil is hot enough, carefully put the chillies in the kadhai and fry them till they turn golden brown in colour.

Step 5
Transfer them to a plate lined with absorbent paper and then to a serving plate. Pair it with chutney and enjoy the delicious Crusted Bharwa Cheese Mirchi!
