1 teaspoon thick sour curd
1/2 cup peas
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1/2 cup fresh cream
2 tablespoon coriander leaves
1 green chilli
salt as required
Wash the potatoes and pat dry. Heat water in a pressure pan or cooker and add the potatoes. You can add a little salt if you want. Once the potatoes are done, take them out and put them under running cold water. Peel the skin and keep aside.
On the other hand take water in a pan. Bring it to a boil. Add the peas and allow them to cook on low flame till the peas are soft. Drain the water and keep aside. Meanwhile, chop the boiled potatoes. Finely chop the coriander leaves.
Now take a mixing bowl. Add chopped coriander leaves, potato, cream, sour curd, peas, green chilli, mustard powder, salt. Mix well so that the spices and cream coat well. Now take the potatoes out on a serving plate. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
