2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup crushed oats
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 tablespoon heavy cream
To prepare this delicious snack, preheat the oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking tray with a butter paper.
Take a large bowl to combine the all-purpose flour, butter, sugar, salt and baking powder and mix well. Then, add the oats and cranberries to this mixture.
Whisk the egg and heavy cream together properly and then add them to the flour mixture. Mix well and knead a dough.
