4 cup corn flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
2 pinches baking soda
1 cup refined oil
1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
salt as required
1 teaspoon chilli powder
3 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon coriander chutney
water as required
Put a deep-bottomed pan on medium flame and heat water in it. When the water is hot enough, add all the ingredients except corn flour and stir to mix well all the ingredients.
Now, put the corn flour in the dough kneading plate and add the boiled water to it slowly. Knead the mixture to a dough like consistency and put aside.
Take some amount of dough make round balls and then roll out with a rolling pin and dust with some dry flour. Cut the roll in desired shapes and sizes in another plate and put side by side, leaving space in between.
Now, put a kadhai on medium flame and heat oil in it. Carefully, add the cut kurkure pieces in the hot oil and fry for 2 minutes. Place these fried kurkure on a paper towel to soak the extra oil. Enjoy the fresh corn flour kurkure with tea.
