We bring to you Coconut Chocolate Candy recipe, which is served in the form of miniature bite-sized balls and is absolutely exquisite. Prepared using coconut, milk chocolate, marshmallow cream, this dessert recipe can be the star of any party and would make everyone crave for more.
100 gm marshmallow creme
1 1/2 cup grated coconut
1 dash salt
1 teaspoon shortening
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk chocolate
chocolate sauce as required
To prepare this dessert recipe, grate the coconut and milk chocolate separately in two bowls and set these aside. Now, add the grated coconut and marshmallow creme in a large bowl, and mix well using a whisker. Next, sprinkle a pinch of salt along with half a teaspoon of vanilla extract and fold them in. Cover this mixture with aluminium foil and place in the refrigerator.
Once the refrigerated mixture attains a dough-like consistency, take it out from the refrigerator and place it on a flat surface. Take out small portions from this dough and shape the mixture into small, bite-sized balls. Now, mix together grated chocolate and shortening in a small bowl. Make sure the mixture is smooth and no lumps remain.
Place this chocolate and shortening mixture in the microwave for 30 seconds and stir to mix again. Dip the prepared balls in this chocolate-shortening mixture and place them in the refrigerator once again to set.
