Chilli Butter Garlic Noodles


Chilli Butter Garlic Noodles is a perfect Chinese meal recipe. This easy-to-make recipe will be a great bait for Valentines Day to impress your lover. 400 gm fresh noodles
water as required
1/2 teaspoon ginger
salt as required
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
30 gm capsicum (green pepper)
30 gm cabbage
30 gm de flowered cauliflower
30 gm baby corn
2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon refined oil
3 tablespoon chopped garlic
2 tablespoon schezwan sauce
2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon green chilli sauce
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon powdered black pepper
30 gm carrot
30 gm green beans
30 gm peas
1 chopped onion

Step 1
Put some water in a pan and bring it to boil. Next, add fresh noodles in it and sprinkle some salt and refine oil in the pan. Once the noodles get soft, drain the water and set the noodles aside.

Step 2
Now take a pan and put in on medium flame, add some oil and butter in the pan to fry ginger and garlic. Continue frying them until the pungent smell subsides.

Step 3
Add some onions and fry them for 30-40 seconds. Make sure you fry them enough to make them crisp, not soft. Next, add all the mentioned vegetables and turn the flame to high. Fry the mixture for a minute.

Step 4
Now add some Schezwan sauce, soy sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, salt, pepper powder, garlic powder and oregano to the mixture. Fry this mixture for at least 3 minutes.

Step 5
Now add the boiled noodles to the mixture and mix thoroughly. Transfer the noodles to a serving bowl and serve hot with Manchurian or any gravy of your choice.
