Is there anything better than combining the epic taste of cheese and bread pakora together? Probably not. So, we are here to present this delightful Cheesy Bread Pakora recipe that will melt your heart with its taste. This fusion recipe will be an epic snack meal for you and your family. Make sure to serve this delectable recipe with some chili sauce or any other dip of your choice.
2 cup gram flour (besan)
1/2 cup grated cheese cubes
4 medium green chilli
3 cup refined oil
1 yellow bell pepper
16 bread- white
1/2 cup mozzarella
1 capsicum (green pepper)
2 pinches baking soda
1 red bell pepper
salt as required
1 teaspoon turmeric
Wash the vegetables. Once done, chop the yellow bell pepper, followed by chopping the red bell pepper and then the green capsicum. Next, using a grater carefully grate the mozzarella. Keep it aside until needed again.
Now, in a deep bowl add the chopped vegetables followed by adding grated mozzarella, chopped green chilies, salt and grated cheese. Mix it well.
Meanwhile in another bowl add the gram flour, water, turmeric and salt. Mix well. Then add baking powder and mix again till you get a batter like consistency.
Lay your bread slices on a clean surface (or clean tray) and spread equal amount of cheese mixture on the bread. Now carefully cover one slice with another slice to get a sandwich like look. Cut the slices into half.
Now put a deep bottomed pan on a medium flame and heat oil in it. Once done, carefully dip the prepared breads in the gram flour mixture (make sure the breads get coated nicely with the mixture). Now add the coated pieces of bread in the pan and deep fry them until you see a golden color and a crisp texture. Serve hot with a dip of your choice.
